Credit Program Terms and ConditionsThe Credit Program (the “Program”) is designed to offer customers specific cost-saving benefits and increased flexibility in utilizing services solely at Pooch’s Image. Participants in the Program (“Participants”) will receive credits redeemable for designated services, contingent on the terms specified herein.
Upon successful enrollment in the Program, Participants may be awarded additional bonus credits at the discretion of Pooch’s Image. Credits issued under the Program may be shared with family and friends, as authorized by the Participant.
Program Validity: Credits issued under the Program are valid for a term of one (1) year from the purchase date. All credits must be redeemed within this period. Any unused credits will expire automatically upon the one-year term’s conclusion without further notice, and no credits shall be eligible for reinstatement outside of specific terms set forth below.
Use of Credits: Credits are exclusively redeemable at Pooch’s Image and are not transferable for use at any other premises or locations. The Program and its terms are subject to modification or termination at the sole discretion of Pooch’s Image.

Is the credit program refundable after I sign up?A: No, the credit program is strictly non-refundable once signed. This includes cases where the credit program is not completed within a one-year period or if your pet passes away or sick during the program term. However, in the unfortunate event that your pet passes away, you may transfer any remaining credits to a friend.

Can I use the credits at other premises?A: No, credits from this program are only valid for use at Pooch’s Image and cannot be applied to any other premises or services.
Q: Will I be notified of the credit expiry date?A: We do not send reminders for credit expiry. Upon signing up, we will WhatsApp you a record of your credits with the expiry date clearly indicated. It is the owner’s responsibility to keep track of the expiry date to ensure credits are used within the one-year period.
Q: What can I do if my credits expire?A: If your credits expire, you may top up by purchasing a new credit program. We will then reactivate any expired credits and extend them along with your new credits for another 12-month period.

Why is the credit program non-refundable?A: Our credit program offers free credits, with all credits allocated at the start of the program. For this reason, we are unable to issue refunds after enrollment. However, if applicable, transferring credits ensures they can still be enjoyed within the one-year period.
